- Increases reload speed (0.4% per level → +20% at Elite Level)
- Increases weapon switching speed (0.8% per level → +40% at Elite Level)
- Reduces weapon recoil (0.3% per level → -15% at Elite Level)
- Improves weapon ergonomics (0.2% per level → +10% at Elite Level)
- Elite level: Steady aim for the first 3 seconds with any stamina condition
- Elite level: Doubles mastering gain
