In this quest you have to kill 50 PMCs from over 40 meters away while using a bolt-action rifle with a night or thermal scope. To have the kills count for this quest, the scope just needs to be installed on the gun, and not necessarily be actively used. This means you can use a scope that supports backup sights, like the Armasight Vulcan MG 3.5x Bravo night vision scope, and use any compact reflex sight of your choice on top.
