Effects
- Increases the speed of covert movement
- Sound of steps on common surfaces is quieter
- Decreases Covert Movement Sound Radius
- Noises produced by weapons and equipment are quieter
- Elite level: Covert movement becomes equally quiet on all surfaces
How to raise
- Walking with less than 25% speed, the speaker icon needs to have no bar
- Skill points will be gained as long as any motion is occurring, gain is equal whether crouched or standing.
