Enter any map and search for and kill five Scavs whom can be found throughout the map. Be sure to check if they have the MP-133s. This shotgun can be found on Scavs, inside various Searchable Containers, or simply lying around. They must be in a functional state to be handed in. To hand over the shotguns, go to the Traders menu, then to Prapor and click on the "Tasks" tab. Here you should see the "Turn In" button to hand over the shotguns.
You can also buy the MP-133 from Fence or do the Introduction task from Mechanic and buy them from Jaeger.
