One of the key employees, not officially assigned to any open project, was a certain Vladimir O. I'm sure that a specialist of such importance kept everything important on his person, so as not to risk the spread of information. You need to thoroughly check the territory of the Laboratory, especially in the area of the block where the virus was developed. If my hunch is correct, you may find Vladimir's records there.

In this quest you have to obtain a diary in The Lab. It can be found in residential unit no. 7 inside the containment block. A TerraGroup Labs residential unit keycard is required to enter it. The diary has multiple spawns throughout the room.
