In this quest you have to find the apartment of Prapor's friend on Streets of Tarkov. It is located on the second floor of the Chekannaya 15 apartment building and can only be accessed via the western staircase from the third floor through a hole in the floor of cell #5. Once you have reached the room, the quest progress is saved even upon death.
