In this quest you have to find the jail warden's apartment and find out what happened to him. His apartment and his body are located in the Chekannaya 15 apartment building on Streets of Tarkov. A Chekannaya 15 apartment key is required to enter the apartment.

Warden location[]
The warden's body is located on the first floor in eastern staircase. After entering the building through the hole in the wall, look to the left into the hallway and take the double doors on the right.

The wanted apartment is the easternmost one on the second floor. It can only be accessed via the western staircase from the third floor through a hole in the floor of cell #5. The debris in the second floor hallway can only be passed by proning.
