Shturman can be found on the map Woods in the central area of the wood mill.
One of the most common areas that Shturman often hides, is near a pile of wood that is between the two largest warehouses, most of his hiding spots are visible from the big rock overlooking the area. It can be very easy to kill him from this position.
You can often hear Shturman rapidly fire his SVD at times early in the raid to quickly identify if he has spawned.
