Interceptor OTV body armor (UCP) (OTV) is an armor vest in Escape from Tarkov.
Description[]
The Interceptor vest consists of a fabric Outer Tactical Vest (OTV) with dorsal and thoracic pockets and two protective ceramic-composite SAPI or ESAPI inserts. The Outer Tactical Vest (OTV) is a basic vest equipped with aramid fabric pouches that protect against ammunition fragments and 9mm handgun bullets.

Trivia[]
- The OTV is part of the Interceptor Body Armor series, used by the United States Armed Forces.
- Early generations of the OTV were equipped with the SAPI, or Small Arms Protective Insert, ceramic composite armor. It was capable of defeating at least three hits of 7,62x51mm M80 FMJ in conjunction with the soft armor backer.
- This was succeeded by the ESAPI, or Enhanced Small Arms Protective Insert, which added the armor piercing threat of 30.06 M2AP, or 7,62x63mm steel core armor piercing ammunition.
