- This helmet can be obtained from Twitch drops.
- During Escape from Tarkov's 2019 Halloween Celebration, all bosses would have the helmet equipped when they spawned.
- During Escape from Tarkov's 2018 Halloween Celebration, Reshala would have the helmet equipped when he spawned.
- It was first obtainable during Escape From Tarkov's 2017 Halloween Celebration.
- When wearing the helmet, a light in the pattern of a carved Jack-o'-lantern is projected in front of the user.
