Khorovod was a Quest in Escape from Tarkov.

Dialogue[]

So the officers and I couldn't resist and we've already started celebrating... We haven't touched the salad yet, and we'll still get more booze, so don't worry. We talked about the fighting spirit, so we've come up with something you'll like! Anyway, we want the whole city to have a party. Then even loners like you will think of home, even if it's just for a second. Our guys have already found the good big trees and dressed them up properly. We don't have enough fuel to keep them lit permanently, but we can still light them up all over the city for some time! Here's the plan: you take the fuel canisters, get to the holiday tree and turn on the generator. But regular gasoline won't do, you need special, industrial fuel. The tree lights up, but you have to hold it up for everyone to see. Obviously, this will attract all sorts of scum, but you're not going empty-handed. We can't surrender the trees to the bandits, you'll be the first and last line of defense. Once you're done, go straight to the next one. We've prepared the trees wherever we could. It all has to be done at once, it's the only way to have the desired effect. I'll find someone else to help you. I've dug up some special armbands so you don't shoot each other. Put them on and don't shoot the people wearing them as well.

The Khorovod mode can be accessed in the top right corner of map-selection screen. A Khorovod armband must be equipped to enter a raid.

To complete this quest, you need to refuel the generators that power the Christmas trees on Shoreline, Lighthouse, Reserve, Woods and Customs with Special 40-degree fuel and afterwards transit to Interchange in one life.

When you refueled a generator, a 5 minute timer begins and you need to defend it against Scavs.

The generator may break down, requiring to be repaired. A Leatherman Multitool will speed up the repair, but it is not required. It's going to happen several times during the 5 minutes.

When the timer is over, use the transit to the next map and repeat till you reach Interchange. The generator on Interchange does not need to be refueled to complete the quest.

You will have to use transits in this order: Shoreline > Lighthouse > Reserve > Woods > Customs > Interchange.

Tree locations[]

Shoreline: In front of the health resort west wing.
Lighthouse: At the convenience store next to the bridge to the water treatment plant.
Reserve: At the barracks parade ground, next to the helicopter.
Woods: At the sawmill.
Customs: At the "Sniper Roadblock" Scav extraction near the main crossroad.
