Description
A key to the inner gate door of the KIBA Arms International outlet at the ULTRA shopping mall.
Notes
- This is the second of two keys required to enter the KIBA firearms store. The first one is the Kiba Arms outer door key
- The windows of the store are bulletproof
Key Location
Can only be obtained as a reward for completing the quest Gunsmith - Part 11 from Mechanic.

One the first floor, near the center of the ULTRA shopping mall on Interchange
