Matter of Technique was a Quest in Escape from Tarkov.
Dialogue[]
Tough times are upon us, huh? TerraGroup is one big box of mysteries. What could be crazier than turning a man into the living dead? I doubt Tarkov will survive this blow if we can't stand up to it. At Therapist's request, I did some research and found a working computer that might have some useful data left on it. But now we need you. Prepare the thumb drive exactly as instructed, get to TerraGroup's computer in their office in the city, and leave it there. You'll have to stay at the PC to make sure the connection is established. Once you've done your part, our mutual acquaintance and I will do the rest - all a matter of technique.

To complete this quest, you first need to craft a Flash drive with special software at the Intelligence Center level 1 in the Hideout. Afterwards you have to stash it near the screens in the surveillance room inside the TerraGroup security post building on Streets of Tarkov.
Jump onto the desk and stand right in the corner of the room. The infected cannot climb and will struggle to path to you and hit you while on top of the desk. The flash drive can be stashed from this spot.
