- This quest is only available to buyers of the "Edge of Darkness" edition of the game.

The magazine can be found on the second floor of the ULTRA shopping mall on Interchange, in a book store called "МУЗЕЙ ИСТОРИИ" ("Museum of History"). There are multiple spawns throughout the store.
