There were plenty of them around the city, so I don't think the thieves had time to take everything. Check out the pharmacies for me, then I'll send my men over. I know of at least three. See what condition they're in.

Guide

In this quest you have to locate three pharmacies on Streets of Tarkov. All three pharmacies must be found in a single raid. If you leave the raid and have only found some of the pharmacies, the quest will reset. You must extract in the same raid in which you found all the pharmacies.
