• Only 1 can be held in a raid inventory at the same time
• Unlike the Red Signal Cartridge, this one does not call in an airdrop.
• Firing this flare into the sky will call in a mortar fire barrage on all locations aside from Factory and The Lab, as well as illuminate the surrounding area for 20 seconds after ignition
