RSP-30 is a reactive signal cartridge for commanding and maintaining squad interaction. Multi-star rocket cartridges are used as flares.

- Cannot be listed for sale on the flea market.
- Firing this flare into the sky will call in a festive airdrop and launch firework
- (Unavailable on Ground Zero, Factory, The Lab, The Labyrinth)
- The flare is not lootable from players and persists upon death as long as it is placed in a special item slot.
