Sample IV - A New Hope was a Quest in Escape from Tarkov.
Dialogue[]
We have managed to decipher the diary! This Vladimir was a true man of science, and realized in time that they were creating something terrifying. He secretly began to develop an antidote all by himself. The work was in its final stages, he even synthesized several prototypes! It seems he made one mistake in estimating the length of the virus' incubation period... That is what probably made him the first victim of a project he himself had been involved in. We have reason to believe there's a sample of antidote number 4 in the sealed section. With it, we can recreate the vaccine formula and synthesize more. We can't lose that sample. That's why I had to arrange a deal with that car service mobster to deliver the sample to my group. You'll need to cross from the Lab to the city, and then leave the vaccine at his, uh, workstation.

In this quest you first have to obtain a vaccine sample in The Lab. It can be found in residential unit no. 7 inside the containment block. A TerraGroup Labs residential unit keycard is required to enter it. The sample has multiple spawns throughout the room.
Afterwards you have to transit to Streets of Tarkov and stash the sample under Kaban's office in the LexOs car dealership.
