A Jar of DevilDog mayo gives you -99 hydration, Can of condensed milk gives you -65 hydration. Analgin painkillers give you -19 per use. You can consume them quickly to go into a dehydration state. Using a Propital regenerative stimulant injector stimulant will heal you enough to last five minutes. Don't forget to bring some extra liquid to continue the raid.
Alternatively if you play with friends, you can ask them to shoot you in the stomach, you will then quickly dehydrate, you can patch your stomach when you are in the dehydrated state.
Doing a 'Run-Through' will NOT count towards the "Survive and extract" objective. But if that happens, you can survive and extract any raid, in any map, regardless of where and when you did the main objective.
