Listening to him, it was a hell of a fight. But he kept talking about some fuck all laptop. The problem is, he didn't have any sort of hardware on him. I'm sensing it's a big deal, so you better find me that laptop in no time.

In this quest you have to find the mysterious laptop at the water treatment plant on Lighthouse and hand it over to Prapor. It can be found at one of three different locations near the western entrance.
