I noticed there is some misinformation on the Wiki page of Weapon Mastery. https://escapefromtarkov.gamepedia.com/Weapon_mastery On the page it says level 2 mastery has no use, while in the game players get new animations when charging the gun. This animation happens when a magazine is already attached to the gun, i.e. charging a gun found in raid. You can easily test this in your hideout by removing the round in your chamber and head to the shooting range.
